Nkwebi Andrew Maswikiti is a Bachelor of Business Management Graduate from the University of Botswana who has 14 years’ experience in the Asset Finance space. He started his career in 2009 with First national Bank as a Executive Trainee in the talent development program which lead to him being absorbed in the Commercial Property Finance Division as a Portfolio Analyst. Nkwebi then moved to Botswana Building Society for one year to set up the commercial property finance division and was recalled back to FNB commercial Property Finance where he worked for a further 3 years as CPF Dealmaker before moving again to Barclays as Commercial Relationship Manager and then Deal Maker for Vehicle Asset Finance.2018 saw the return of Mr Maswikiti to FNB to head Commercial Property Finance Division a role he holds to date.
