Mr Nlumbile is a seasoned Property Investment professional with over 20 years of experience across the whole real estate investment life cycle; Valuation, Investment, Management and Development. He has served as Board Member at JTTM (Rail Park SPV), as well as Acting CEO for Letlole La Rona Limited. He founded the Valuation Department at Seeff Properties and currently serves at Real Estate Advisory Council (REAC) and sits on the Finance Committee, Application and Compliance as well as the Disciplinary Committee. Mr Nlumbile is the CEO of Seventy5 Degrees, a boutique real estate asset management firm
